Will my business need a credit check?

Yes, your company will need to apply for a credit line as a business. Multiple checks may be required depending on the type of scheme you would like to offer.

If the company cannot get a credit line, we may be able to offer a solution using our Car Subscription Scheme

There is currently no limit to the number of employees who can take out a Salary Sacrifice scheme through your business. So long as all employees are eligible an meet the minimum requirements.

There is no cost to your business to set-up a salary sacrifice scheme or use one. The only payments will come from your employees’ salaries.

No, the employee must pay for any damages to the vehicle, which fall outside of the fair, wear and tear guides at the end of the vehicle lease or when the vehicle is returned.

Yes, you can use multiple Salary Sacrifice Providers to help with your employee perks. Unless you have an exclusivity deal, it is always good to have multiple providers especially those like ourselves who offer flexible and short-term contracts for Salary Sacrifice programs.

Depending on the vehicle and contract type, your employee may be liable for early termination charges if they resign during the initial contract period which is NOT covered by the risk protection.

If outside of the agreement, all the employee needs to do is return the vehicle.

The employee is responsible for any fines (including parking tickets, bus lane fines, etc), penalties (including speed tickets and other enforcements and any additional charges (such as congestion zone or toll charges, administration fees) that arise from the use of the vehicle. This will be taken directly from the employees salary.

At the end of the agreement period, the vehicle is returned and a new agreement can be taken out.

Yes, as a Salary Sacrifice scheme reduces gross pay, it can affect entitlements to benefits such as pension contributions, statutory maternity pay and life cover. It is important that all aspects are looked into before offering such schemes to your employees.

No, the servicing, maintenance and insurance is fully managed for you. It is the driers responsibility to ensure that all servicing is carried out in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines.
