What do I need to do to get a Salary Sacrifice car?
The salary sacrifice scheme is set-up through your employer. All you need to do is refer your employer to us and we will get-in-touch to get this scheme set-up.
How many cars can I get on a Salary Sacrifice Scheme?
You can normally get a maximum of two salary-sacrifice vehicles. This depends on your salary, hours and your company policy.
How much is a car on Salary Sacrifice?
Each and every car is a different rate, you’ll be paying for the vehicle by sacrificing part of your gross salary, based on your tax bracket, you can typically save 30% to 60%.
Does my employer need to approve a salary sacrifice scheme?
Yes, they will need to set-up the salary sacrifice scheme with ourselves. Our service is cost-neutral to them, so there are benefits for both the employer and employee. There is very little admin work and it is a great staff benefit to offer.
What happens at the end of the term?
We generally contact the employer in the last 3 months of the term to discuss options You can decide to return the car or we can discuss ordered a new car.
We can also discuss options like our Find a Car Lease service, Car Subscriptions or Short-Term Car Leases.
Can I extend my contract?
This depends on the contract type you have taken, if you take one of our flexible subscription salary sacrifice schemes then this is extendible up to the point where the vehicle reaches 3 years old.
Am I liable for any damage or charges?
Salary Sacrifice vehicles are subject to the traditional fair, wear and tear guidelines as set out by the BVRLA. On our subscription salary sacrifice schemes, our RETURN STANDARDS can be found on the highlighted link.
Any damage that is found outside of these guidelines will be chargeable to the end user.
As the driver, you are also responsible for fines (including parking charges, bus lane charges, speeding tickets and other enforcements) as well as any administration charges that are applied, as per the contract.
Is Salary Sacrifice worth it?

What happens of I leave the company?
If you resign or leave the company, you may be liable for any early termination charges if this is not covered by the risk protection. It is important to check to see if you have completed your minimum contract.
